about

So is the first song I wrote that hints at my move towards writing the blues. For so long I rebelled against my early musical influences of jazz and blues and not wanting to play the same music as my dad, but the blues is what makes my heart sing.

It's a track about addiction and going back to the familiar, and learning to break those patterns.

Hadley and I both love the first movement of Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata, and the piano arrangement is inspired by it.

lyrics

So little one, what do you see
In the fire?
So, little sparks alive
Burning deep
With my desire

But am I
Falling into you?

So little wishes come true
My heart is calling
And so hard to find
Someone like you
Filled with my knowing

But am I
Falling into you?
Once again
Once again
Once again
Once again

The bittersweet memory
Hold on to me
Oh I want so much to be free

But am I
Falling into you?
Once again
Once again
Once again
Once again

And so little one
Find something new to break the cycle
And so little dream of mine
Springs to my mind
The light is shining

Cause I am
Falling into you
Once again
Once again
Once again
Once again
